Kat currently does not strike an enemy if she targets a dagger. Is this intended or unintended? It's a MAJOR damage loss. http://imgur.com/a/zd7m3

It was like that before. If you E onto an enemy, you hit them. If you're jumping onto a dagger without the enemy standing on it, then you don't get the damage from E

Well, it says on the tooltip that it's supposed to hit the nearest enemy if you targeted anything that wasn't an enemy. The strike on the E is different from the dagger damage.

Exactly. Riot is punishing her for good dagger placement...

If the enemy is in range, the E will dmg. The passive's spin range is larger than E's though so sometimes u get the passive but not the E.
