Teleport Bug

If i try to click say, a tower on the minimap with teleport selected, but a turret or ward is currently underneath the minimap, the game chooses to have me teleport to the turret/ward under the minimap, instead of the tower i selected on the minimap. This has caused me to cancel my teleports so many times and I've lost turret so many times because of this bug. Also is there a way to keep the game launcher open when I get into a game of League, I hate having to minimize the game and open it again.
