Literally can't play.

What is with this new client. Literally cannot even play. Signed out, exited client, etc. and not even an option to reconnect to game.

Ok now it's twice it's happened. I think something is wrong with SSG Jarvan IV skin.

Update: I can't play at all. I tried practice tool with a random champion and it's giving me a system error
