I Now have Leaverbuster For Something on Riot's End

There is currently an issue where, after champion selection the game black screens and says you cannot connect. You'll hit retry over and over to no avail and then press cancel, where instead of the usual retry button being there, instead it says Skip Waiting For Stats. This had affected two of my games today, so the system marked me as leaving them. After the second time I decided I wasn't going to play anymore until the issue was addressed, but someone else having the same problem said they solved it by running the game as administrator, so I tried that and went into the game with no issues whatsoever. Next game however, I was not able to get in, lost promos and was marked with leaverbuster. I do not think this is fair and should be removed. Will not be playing this game until the issue is fixed.
