This bug has been annoying me for a while, what it does is that when you go to pick a summoner spell it darkens the outside and you can't click anywhere in the darkened areas, well once you click your summoner spell it DOESN'T go away and doesn't go away after you finish the game as well, making you restart the client.
to get this bug you have to go into a game, then click your summoner spell, and then click one summoner spell.
I don't have any pictures to show but im just saying that im running on a Windows 10 if that has anything to do with it. and it is reoccurring every single game
