... can't block that person. As much as I like to report them a billion times because it never highlights it, I'm tired of blocking people manually. Anyone else have this issue?

If I'm not mistaken, reports block you from ever playing with that person again.

I can second this. And I've been trying to block manually but the person's name was not added to my block list (it's not very long). I keep forgetting to block before I report and I should be able to do both without such a hassle.
