[Maybe bug?] Tri-Force "Rage" Passive gives 17/52 movementspeed instead of 20/60 {screenshots}
I noticed this in my last game, I played Irelia and idk if its a bug or intended

Movespeed is soft capped after a certain point, so the bonuses get reduced more and more as you get more movement speed. This is the result of you going over 415 movespeed.
After 415 movespeed, but before 490 movespeed, your movespeed is given by, and this is from the wiki, RawMS × 0.8 + 83.
So yeah, thats whats happening. This is intended.
