Chat glitches when cancelling queue

Whenever i'm in a premade lobby, and someone cancels the queue, my entire chat system bugs out and i have to restart the client in order to get it to work again.

Chat just randomly repeats every line you say, something along the lines of "Input chat text" pops up in the typing bar thing, and you have to scroll down the chat window to see any messages. Sometimes the chat stops working altogether. Also, I can't see the messages being sent in the game lobby

This started happening this patch, or a patch before this one. It's extremely annoying.
