[Gameplay] Jhin bug, not snaring through Yasuo shield.

I don't have video proof nor the resources to try it on my own in custom games, but I'm positive I have had multiple occasions in matchmaking where Yasuo is marked and I hit him with Jhin's W (Yes im sure windwall didn't block it) and it didnt proc the snare or the speed boost. Every time this happened his passive shield happened to be up and I know i snared him other times in the matches when his shield was down which is why I think that it's a bug with Yasuos shield. I do not know if other shields do the same thing (Karma/lux/barrier etc.)
