Riot look into this please. Anivia starting TP shoud be stopped when she eggs. Doing anything else is pretty dumb... Can aatrox and zac do it too?

It has been like this for a very long time. Riot already knows about it, and since they haven't removed ti, I'm going to assume that it's an intended feature.

I believe it only works on Anivia. The other two are no longer champions/targetable.
