[GAMEPLAY] Hecarim's Ultimate and Fear Interaction

Yesterday, I played a game as Hecarim with an enemy Shaco on the team. Somehow, I was able to be feared when I ulted near one of his boxes, despite the fact that Hecarim's ultimate can't be interrupted.
