Is my LP broken?

Storytime: I was reading a quest that said "Win with Azir or 2 games under 30 minutes" That day, for 4 days, I lost 7 ranked games with Azir. Was Plat IV with 68lp to -43 lp. I don't understand the demotion system but eventually i got out of the loss streak. But when I did, the -43 became 0lp, which is good.

After that, I won 2 more games. Each both stating i gained I gained +17 lp but my LP bar was still 0 for those games. Just right now, it stayed i got another 18LP, but it gave me 1LP.

Am I missing something?
