Flex pick order Bugged

So, I have reported this, but I thought I would post here as well. In flex with a 5-man premade, the pick order is NOT random. It used to go by the order you entered into the lobby, but now is supposedly random. However for some time now it has been forcing a specific order forcing me to first pick every single game.

I took screenshots last night.

That game was dodged by the enemy team and the same order occurred in the next.

Please fix. I am sick of getting counterpicked every game. Oddly it seems like it isn't happening to the enemy team, maybe because they are not a 5-man?
