Champs Stop Attacking After Using An Ability? Never happened before this patch.

I've noticed after this patch that sometimes when I use an ability on a champ I stop attacking after (When I clicked the target before). I've mained Vayne for a while and I've noticed almost every time I Q my champ stops attacking, I've never had an issue with this until this patch. (Unless you ult then tumble the attacks have always stopped) I'm not sure if this is a bug or intentional but it's been messing me up hard xD I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a setting that might have reset or needs to be enabled?
