Outdated Infernal Skins Cause Visual Lag

I've noticed it on two skins. Wildfire Zyra and Scorched Earth Xerath. They both are host to the same smeary fire particles and cause my game to disrupt visually. Namely Xerath's Q, and Zyra's snare. I turned my effects all the way down and dropped character model. On those ability casts (mine or anyone else's) my game would freeze for a brief moment. And those are two abilities you really wanna dodge. It's like a DDOS every 8 seconds lol.

And I mean, they ARE ugly...
