Bug Filled Game

So I just played the most bug filled game I think I've ever played in my 5 years of playing League. It was ridiculous. So the first thing, I'm top lane Pantheon with Strength of the Ages mastery setup. So I'm dueling with Diana in a fight and kill her, and then she messages in all chat that somehow I struck her with Thunderlord's decree. And sure enough in another fight I noticed that I was indeed dealing Thunderlord's Decree on occasion. It wasn't every fight but it was a few of them.

Then, somehow I died to Diana once when she used "Ignite" but she did not use ignite as her summoner spells were Teleport and Flash.

Then, I dove on the enemy Yasuo in a fight, he threw his windwall well behind me and then I proceeded to use my Q but his windwall still blocked my Q despite being clearly behind me.

And I feel like I'm forgetting something but I can't remember what it was. But it was just a weird game.
