@Riot ANIVIA'S "Q" REMAINS BROKEN, SINCE LAST PATCH

Since this latest patch, four champions have been disabled and many bugs have popped up. Many bugs have also been fixed. So riddle me this. Why do graphical bugs like Azir's tower health bar get addressed and actual game play bugs like anivia's "q" remain unfixed?
