Garen's E doesnt show the crit animation

So Crit Garen is Viable cuz of his E BUT his E doesnt indicate that is dealing Crit Damage But Physical damage thats strange cuz some months ago his E indicated that it was dealing crit damage plz explain (i will list it as a bug)
