Lissandra passive dudes reduce tower plate gold gain

cant show evidence but I just had a game where rek and I tower dived a yasuo, killed him and took a tower plate while the ice dude was alive. there were no nearby teammates, and I only got 53 gold ( which is the standard 3 man plate gain )
