FRAME STUTTERING, GPU PROB, GAME PROBS, IDK

I've had this problem for a few months now and I'm not sure what kind of problem this is. To me it seems like a GPU problem. So what happens is that every now and then that will start happening, i do something and it happens a few second later, its not lag cuz my ping is at a constant 50 to 70 every game, but everything happens at once and i cant control it. I would like for someone to look into this, if i should go to NVIDIA forums for this? I have no idea how to fix this so yea.

Just to clarify, i am running windows 10 on bootcamp on MAC, late 2013, gtx 775m. The reason of it being a mac shouldnt be a problem because im running this on a whole separate partition. And im also not a bad draven player, i can always keep up with my axes when this isnt being a problem. This occurrence of the problem only happens in only some of my games. like 1 out of 20 games maybe. it is just a weird problem.
