Visual bug on ALL Illaoi skins STILL NOT FIXED AFTER 3-5 PATCHES

I've already reported this bug. Riot still has not looked into this.

If Illaoi grabs someone's spirit that has his rage, manaflow, presence of mind, or it's yasuo with his shield (there may be more cases but for now this is what i know), the spirit will no longer show its lifetime (which is a white bar below the life bar). It does affect gameplay since watching the lifetime bar was the best way in looking up at how much time the spirit had remaining. Now you have to pay close attention to the timing under the spirit which is way less noticeable by the bar.
