[EVERYTHING] almost everything is broken for me since 5.15

Okay...so...

Last night everything was working just fine, but once I updated to 5.15 this evening all hell broke loose with my client, log-in screen, gameplay etc.

It started with the fact that it took me a good 8 minutes to first log into the game after updating to 5.15, then when I got into the client everything was laggy even before being in game (no, it isn't my router, internet connection or computer. already done everything I can to try to fix it from my end). I mean when I was trying to press the "Play" button at the top to try to find a lobby it took the game a good 15 seconds to register that I had clicked it.

When I finally found a game it took it another 20~30 seconds to register that I had pressed accept, and when I tried to pick ezreal in champ select it never even showed up on my screen that I picked him. Then when the last 2 people on the other team were selecting their champs (normal draft mode with a friend) my client froze and didn't even show that they had selected champions before the actual loading screen popped up.

At the start of the game I immediately noticed something was wrong. I was just shooting off a couple of Ez's Q's in the fountain waiting for the wall to come down, but when I did everything around me froze for a few seconds and I couldn't move during that time. I just kinda brushed it off as some lag since I had just turned on my computer, but it got worse.

When minions spawned and I was trying to help my jungler leash the Gromp, gromp never showed up on my screen. All I saw was a blank space where he should have been and my jungler losing health. Then when I went to lane all of the enemy minions and enemy champions were invisible to me. They didn't even show up on my mini map. I closed the game and reconnected and they showed up after that. I was already 3 waves of cs/exp/gold behind my enemy laner before the game even started. I was a bit pissed off, but went to lane anyways, but again, every time I used an ability or even AUTO ATTACKED to try to cs the minions my entire game froze for a good 2 seconds and then out of nowhere all the abilities and attacks that had been fired off in those 2 seconds just flashed across the screen in about 1/4th of a second, along with all the minions and champions jumping around to wherever they had moved.

What made this even worse though is that when I tried to fire my ultimate off my entire game froze and didn't unfreeze. I had to completely reconnect every time I tried it.

Then to top it all off the game froze when I was just walking into lane and a message box popped up saying that internet connection had been lost (which was bs as I still had wifi on my phone, my brother's computer and my brother's phone), and when I tried to reconnect from THAT, the ping tracker on the loading screen maxed itself out at 999 and when I loaded into the game everything was frozen in place. I could walk around, but not use abilities, attack etc.

I tried to completely restart LoL after that, but when I tried to log back into the client the game just stayed trying to "log in" for a good 10 minutes before just stopping and freezing the log in screen.

Please, someone at Riot tell me what the hell just happened to my game and if there's something I can do to fix it.

Also, if there's anyone else who had these issues once 5.15 got downloaded, let me know so I don't feel so bad about it just being my stuff.

(P.S) I have no idea how to make this happen again, since literally all I'm doing to make it happen is log in and try to play a game.
