Kindred doesn't get any stacks from jungle camp that are marked

I was practicing Kindred in a bot game and when after I killed my first couple of camps they wouldn't give me any stacks and the camp wouldn't change at all it will always just be the top river scuttle crab throughout the game and the mark on the map wouldn't go even after I killed the scuttle crab?
