5.9 Ashe Bugs

So ive been playing the new Ashe, like im sure everyone has, and i ran into a couple bugs, and things i think are wrong. the first being that occasionaly, my Volley will apply on hit effects like the red buff (not complaining, but im pretty sure it shouldnt do that). As well as my Focus stacks increasing from attacking the tower, so long as i had already had 1 stack from shooting something else. Pretty sure Frost Shot isnt being applied to a tower, so something like this should be taken care of. Just figured id let Riot know about anything i find wrong with new Ashe.
