Skin I Chose Goes Away In Team Builder

I've had two team builder games where I chose a skin but when everyone clicks ready and it goes to the loading screen it diverts to default skin. I've made sure both games that the skin I chose was actually set at the very beginning before anyone clicks ready too so don't think I didn't.
