[Client] Team Builder Start Button Missing

After going into Team Builder, picking your champion/lane/role etc, sometimes the start button won't be there. For me ever since 5.1 was released this morning, about 70% of the time I go into Team Builder, it isn't there. I end up having to exit and re-enter at least 5-10 times to get it to show.

P.S: In order to get these images I counted how many times it took for the button to appear just so I had an estimate to put on my thread. 14 times it appeared with no button before a button appeared.
