[GAMEPLAY] Bork takes a while for its passive to activate

After buying bork it takes a while for its passive to activate.

1. Buy bork
2. Basic attack a target
3. See that the passive doesn't activate
4. Continuosly attack that target
5. See the passive actvate after a few seconds
