@Riot Possible Aatrox Bug

Kindred has been in a lot of my games recently, and when her health gets to the minimum 10% inside her ult Aatrox no longer receives his passive heals from attacking her. This seems strange because his ability says every third attack so its not like lifesteal. I also think I've experienced this while fighting Tryndamere during his ult as well.
