[Client] Scrolling friends list with cursor where it overlaps Match details page makes both scroll

On any other page such as the Champion page, Match History or Item sets, only the Friends List will scroll while the current page stays put. Only when looking at a Match Details page will it scroll as well as the Friends list when you mouse over the overlap and scroll.

Seems more like an oversight than a bug, and it doesn't hurt functionality, but it exists nevertheless.
