Ranked Flex Queue Bug [During Queue]

I'm not sure why it happened. I was just browsing discord while I was waiting for my friends to join the queue, then I go back on and this happened.

Not sure what fixed it. It just stopped after I had clicked on a bunch of different League tabs.
