I cannot imagine that Zed's shadow clone and Viktor's death ray are supposed to completely block that ability. There may be more of these situations as well, but that's just what I've noticed so far, I've heard people say Mundos cleavers block it too, and a plethora of other things. This is kinda major as far as how much this bug can effect gameplay and, despite brining it up before, I've yet to see a Rioter acknowledge it. Just trying to get some visibility for this bug out there.

Well, Katey Khaos is apart of the skins team, and I don't think she has much of a role when it comes to bugs like this.

Besides that, I feel like I have noticed this, but I haven't paid much mind to it.

I think Illaoi's E is in a balanced state right now. Its already a powerful zoning tool as is I don't see any point in buffing it anymore

I just wish it did damage to minions/monsters it hit, or at least triggered a tentacle slam.
