[Gameplay] Spellbook can not be used after cancel
- Get in game with spellbook
- Get a spellbook shard
- Click the "switch summoner spell" icon
- cancel the switch by clicking blank space
- the "switch summer spell" icon disappears even though the runes UI says there is 1 shard for spellbook
