Is anyone else's PBE client absolutely shitting itself?

It's not even functional anymore. I can't change/delete/add any rune pages, it won't save. I can't get into any matches, not even training. It just shows a blank screen and I can't play anything. Is anyone else having this issue?

It hasn't let me into aram games ever since the client change went through, and nothing but silence from support, but yeah it's been buggier than usual.
