Warlord bloodlust

hello everyone, i have something to say (idk how to show but still use your brains and keep on reading) that never came up here in the patch for warlords bloodlust. i notice in the patch history that it say that it says 3-40% of your total AD. but if you look over the masteries you can see that it says 5-40% of your total AD. idk which is exactly is support to be the real one. i figure it a glitch but i have no clue at which one is the real one. i hope this can be look over by Riot and see if they can briefly explain this. pls and thank you for your time
