Precision Rune Bug

Hello,

I was trying to use the tier 3 precision rune and I found a bug. when the rune is in the side menu, available to select, it says the worth is +0.9 Leth/+0.62 M. Pen, however when you put 8 runes in the page, as I have, it totals 9 Lethality, which does not add up. When you hover over the precision rune on the page, you see that the actual worth is +1.13 Leth/+0.62 M. Pen. I believe that the true value is 1.13 Lethality, as when you have 9 runes in the page it totals 10.2 Lethality, but I'm not sure. Would it be possible to clear this up and standardize how much lethality is in the precision rune across the client?
