Arctic Ops Kennen's R Ring Not Showing

Just played a game where our Kennen ran in and ulted, but I could not see the ring. I mentioned it in chat and the rest of my team said the same thing, even the Kennen. This happened several times throughout the game.

There was a Varus on our team and the enemy team, of which one or both of them had the Arctic Ops skin as well. I mention this because there seems to be strange interactions with skin lines that cause visual bugs.
