(Hacked?) Match is suddenly shut down halfway through and vanishes from match history

I was just playing a ranked flex match when in the middle of laning (perhaps 7 minutes in) i got attempting to reconnect. Okay, i think exit to try and reconnect to the game. But when i exit the game, i am returned to the usual "home" screen in the client - and my game has ended! It doesnt even show up in the match history - the match simply vanished.
