Runes switch on me for no reasone

Frequently with the new rune sets, I am often plagued by having them randomly switch to something other than what I selected. Most recently I was set up with my burst runes with the electrocute keystone but somehow, during the loading screen, it switched to press the attack and my jungle runes.

I usually run into this bug when I edit my runes in the queue, but it also happens on my first game of the day. My best guess is that it displays what ever is at the top of my list but really is what ever rune page I have last used.

Just to be clear, in queue I have one particular rune page selected but during the load screen, and in the game, it shows that I have a completely different set of runes
