Cinderhulk Immolate (5.9)

Is it just me, or is the immolate passive on Cinderhulk sometimes not working?

What I mean is, it is still going when out of combat, or the graphics don't show at all, and it doesn't say that the damage is going, but the damage shows on the monsters and minions and stuff.

Kind of weird, to be honest. Anyone else getting this?

It has some visual bugs, but I think it still works even when the visuals aren't there.

It's really weird when your buff comes to greet you. Makes me wonder who's poking them for me...
