League is fundamentally broken and Forums are broken

So I was playing on my other account which I leveled to 30 a few weeks ago and low and behold I got a remake from someone being afk at start and not loading in. So we remake.

I go into the next game and low and behold my game does not load in as well just like the other people describe on the forums, the client seems fine it just doesnt launch anything even if you try to relog or force quit tasks it just refuses to even launch and you cannot connect. In this way it differs from a regular bugsplat.

I am on Windows 8.1 with latest drivers and 950M Nvidia

In case you are wondering why I am not reporting it on the account that it happened on that account is only level 4 according to official Riot forums, despite being over level 30 for weeks.
