This new client is honestly pissing me off. Has anyone else had this bug? Not sure what causes it. I couldn't see the bans and I wasn't able to lock in a champ, so I was forced to dodge a ranked game.

I'm having the same bug. But I am using the old client (I got rid of the new client, laggy af). Dodged 5+ ranked queues -30 lp. It gave me the error, only once tho, 'Error: Unable to connect to the PVP.net server'. This is starting to piss me off!
