[Gameplay] Akali's 2nd R base damage is higher than intended + it calculates damage wrongly

  1. The Akali tooltip says that Akali increases her damage up to 300 - 450 - 600 based on the target's missing health. The damage is however increased up to 360 - 540 - 720 which is 20% more damage than intended.

There're two situations on the last one.

  1. If the last target has full hp, the first targets will be dealt very little damage, even if they're low hp.
  2. If the last target has low hp, the first targets will be dealt tons of damage, even if they're full hp.

Some non related R bugs:

  1. If Akali charges Rapid Firecannon before getting her passive bonus rage, her range will massively increase beyond intended.
  2. Usually her passive circle forms around enemies that are hit first by her abilities (like her R). However, when hitting someone with her Q her passive forms around the last target hit.
