[Gameplay] Akali's 2nd R base damage is higher than intended + it calculates damage wrongly
- The Akali tooltip says that Akali increases her damage up to 300 - 450 - 600 based on the target's missing health. The damage is however increased up to 360 - 540 - 720 which is 20% more damage than intended.

There're two situations on the last one.
- If the last target has full hp, the first targets will be dealt very little damage, even if they're low hp.
- If the last target has low hp, the first targets will be dealt tons of damage, even if they're full hp.
Some non related R bugs:
- If Akali charges Rapid Firecannon before getting her passive bonus rage, her range will massively increase beyond intended.
- Usually her passive circle forms around enemies that are hit first by her abilities (like her R). However, when hitting someone with her Q her passive forms around the last target hit.
