Skin Bug

I just realized I had a skin on Ashe and I like playing her, but i realized the splash art doesn't portray my skin. See Sherwood Forest Ashe's Splash art shows blonde hair, but in-game it is still white. I don't know if that counts as a bug or not, but i kinda want it fixed please and thank you!
