Pool Party Icon and Chat Restrictions

Shortly after the final results for Pool Party week came in, I received a chat restriction. When the Pool Party discounts rolled in, I checked my icons, and I didn't have the pool party icon (as expected). Today, the day my chat restriction ended, I checked my icons once more, and was surprised to see it available to me, because, as stated before, I had a chat restriction. Was this because I had received my punishment after the event was over, did I receive the icon after my punishment was over, or is this a bug? Because I'm being honest right now, and pointing out a possible bug, I'd really appreciate if you don't remove the icon from my account. Thanks. -Jack
