[Gameplay] Lux Tooltip Bug

Fairly simple bug, when you cast E as Lux and hover over the E in the HUD before it ignites, the tool tip is broken. It looks like some title of whatever is supposed to be the tool tip but not the actual description. Actually kinda interesting the file still has the old name of the ability.
