[GAMEPLAY] Kha'Zix's Mecha Skin's E is bugged visually (Still!!!!)

(Examples of bug below) Riot, I love this skin, and it pains me almost physically to know that the jetpack/rocket/engine/whatever particles that usually accompany his Leap (you can see it in his skin spotlight and previews,) are entirely missing from every game I play using the skin. You can watch any gameplay video using the mecha skin and you'll notice that the visuals are very clearly missing. I reported this last year or so back when the old forums were up, and RiotGiletta said he would look into it, but I haven't heard anything since then and I wanted to maybe get an update? Those particles are really cool and it's saddening to not see them on the skin any more.
