Skin Select Bug [Client]

Sorceress Lux is displayed for any skin you equip in champ select. Not the first time this has happened to me but unfortunately I don't know how to replicate it either.

Also for some reason for Ashe even though I keep using Queen, the default skin keeps going to Heartseeker every game.
