Not getting notifications for replies on the boards.

For the past few days now I no loner see the little chat bubble next to the notifications tab in the top right. This is a bit of a pain because I have no way of knowing if people are replying to my comments. As a pretty frequent boards poster this has kinda nipped my ability to participate on the boards to the bud. For reference yes, I have gotten replies to my comments, but I have to manually go through to the comments I made and look at them to know if I got a reply.

If anyone knows a solution to this bug it would be appreciated.
