Major HUD Bug!: Orianna Ult cooldown not showing upon death.

> There was a couple of times where I would ult as Orianna before I died, but it wouldn't go off because I died. However, the UI would tell me that my ult is available, off cooldown, but I would not be able to use it. I'm not sure if I was able to use it again because I died, or because when I ulted, the timer went off but didn't display to me or something.

That quote came from the only report I could find concerning this bug 10 months ago, and the bug is still in.

Last week I had an Orianna game where i cast my ult right before I died to a Star Guardian Lux Ult. The channel started then I died. Immediately my ult icon flashed blue for a split second (like it was going on cooldown) then the icon appeared normal like I was able to cast it. When I re-spawned I tried to ult to no success.

Turns out my ult was still on cooldown although the icon read otherwise; later on in the game when I thought my ult was off CD I tried to ult in base and it worked correctly and I saw the ult go on cooldown.

In conclusion I believe that dying in some cases while casting ult causes the cooldown timer glitch.

Steps to recreate:

1. Pick Orianna

2. Get to level 6

3. Have someone kill you as you cast ult and the beginning of the whirl forms.
