Legend of the Poro King: Ryze start game crash (Picture included)

Note: I've been playing this mode plenty of times today but as soon as I picked ryze that's when the game decided to act up.

I played 2 ryze games in "Legend of the Poro King" a row, when i did both times it took forever for the loading screen to appear. As soon as I got in the game it said "attempting to reconnect", (which also giving me 500 ping and maxing out my FPS) during this I cannot move, yet i can still hear the shopkeeper and hear when kills are made, the only time I am able to mover is after the 16 min mark. (Currently typing this during my 2nd encounter with the bug).

Update: 12 mins into the game I am seeing my allies dying on the base.
